These terms govern your use of Flintalk, a macOS application and related services. By downloading or using Flintalk, you agree to them.
You sign in with Google or email. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
Use Flintalk lawfully and responsibly. You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and policies that apply to you, including any consent, recording, or workplace rules relevant to your meetings. Don't use Flintalk to break the law, infringe others' rights, or misuse the service.
Your documents, transcripts, and conversations are yours and stay on your device. You grant us only the limited processing needed to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy).
Flintalk generates suggestions to assist you; it can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for what you say and do in your meetings. Answers are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
We may update, improve, or change the service, and these terms, over time. We'll post material changes here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
