Open the downloaded Flintalk.dmg and drag Flintalk to Applications.
Right-click the app → Open (macOS asks once for a new app), then click Open.
Settings → Setup → Open System Settings. Enable Flintalk under Screen & System Audio Recording, then reopen and press Test audio capture.
Press Sign in. Your browser opens for Google or email, then Launch Overlay and START.
