We kept freezing on calls when the answer was three tabs away. So we built the tool we wanted.
Every call that matters has one. A client asks about a number from last quarter. An interviewer asks you to walk through a project. A prospect raises the one objection your deck answers on slide 14. The answer exists. It is in a document, a spreadsheet, your own notes. But it is buried, and the room is waiting on you.
We tried the usual fixes. A second monitor covered in notes. A teammate feeding lines over Slack. None of it holds up when you are the one talking and sharing your screen.
So we built Flintalk. It listens to the call, finds the answer in your own documents, and puts it in front of you in about a second, where only you can see it. No bot in the meeting, nothing uploaded, no fumbling.
Your documents and your transcripts stay on your Mac. We do not upload your meetings, and we cannot read them, because they never reach us. The only thing that leaves your machine is the single question being answered.
The overlay is hidden from screen share on Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. No bot joins the call. Nobody else in the room knows it is there. That is the whole point of a copilot that sits next to you instead of in the meeting.
Answers come from your own documents and the live conversation, and every answer shows where it came from. When the answer is not in your knowledge, Flintalk tells you instead of making something up.
We are a small team that ships. We use Flintalk on our own calls every day, sales conversations, interviews, and standups, and we fix what annoys us quickly. Most of what the app does started as a thing that bugged us on a real call.
We would rather be honest about the edges than oversell. If something is broken or missing, tell us and a person answers. If you need it for a team, we will set that up with you.
